		<description>Part office, part living room, part library - Office Hours is a temporary space where professional output and personal 
practice merge. The exhibition features a range of projects and catalogues that invite guests to view, reflect, 
and make copies - framing these works as both art and reference. The studio becomes a gallery and workspace, 
infiltrating the 9-to-5 and blurring the lines between cultural input and output.

Quality Time’s Office Hours is a publication exhibition featuring select Bay Area galleries and presses. 
In bringing our shared local archive into&#38;nbsp; CCA’s MFA studio, we highlight the foundational role of local 
communities in institutional spaces.

		<description>My collaborator Maria and I conceptualized, curated, and installed this show at Meier St, a new 
residency and art space located in a Gregory Ai home on the Mar Vista Tract.&#38;nbsp; We curated 
Viewing Room from our fellow small press exhibitors at the 2025 LA Art Book Fair:
Viewing Room is a salon-style photobook exhibition showcasing selected works from small 
presses around the world. The show is framed as a quiet extension of the LA Art Book Fair, 
and provides attendees an opportunity to peruse and meditate on selected books at Meier St, 
a new arts space and resident in Los Angeles.

		<description>Heraldry celebrates a continued (predominantly European) patriarchal lineage, unbroken by the culture of another. 
It doesn’t account for immigration or displacement. For those that leave their home countries, they leave behind 
not only their lifestyles and possessions, but also their heirlooms and other emblems of familial legacy.

The immigration process thus becomes the inciting incident for a new legacy. It is an opportunity to create 
new lore and new visual representation. Utilizing heraldic design practices codifies this new experience.&#38;nbsp;
What would your family crest look like if your legacy started now? What symbols have shaped you? 
How can they be composed alongside ubiquitous tech logos and anonymous clip art?

Participants were asked to brainstorm two resonant symbols to add to a shared “charge bank” for everyone. 
Charges are the individual symbols (animals, fleurs, crosses, etc) that comprise a coat of arms in heraldic design. 
From there, participants arranged their crests using different images from the shared bank, some of which are 
shown below on the right. This exercise visually and conceptually flattens the sources of the images, deriving 
them from South Indian auto rickshaws, clip art, and classic heraldic design.
The essay poster below was created after the first iteration of the workshop. I scanned select coats of arms 
and placed them onto primary colored crests, adding some heraldic context to the pieces. The front of the 
poster (left) delves into the concept and South Asian decal reference point of the exercise, and includes 
examples of European heraldic design.&#38;nbsp;

		<description>I designed and fabricated this spirograph drawing tool to create experimental letterforms. Each letter is a&#38;nbsp;
composite of separate shapes pieced together. During each workshops,&#38;nbsp;participants combined moments&#38;nbsp;
of analog geometry with improvisational drawing. The resulting letters from one workshop held at the ICA&#38;nbsp;
LA as part of Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair were combined into a usable typeface that was later sent&#38;nbsp;
out to participants.&#38;nbsp;

		<description>I collaborated with fellow designer Maria Cardenas to create the identity for the 2025 SF Art Book Fair. 
We created all of the web and print assets, including social media graphics and favicons, as well as web 
and email banners. We designed the 40+ page program guide and all of the merchandise for the fair; 
Additionally, we created all of the signage and wayfinding for the fair.This year, the fair was attended by over 35,000 people and featured over 150 exhibitors from around the world. 
Each exhibitor, volunteer, and staff member was presented with our merchandise and badge to wear throughout 
the four-day event.

		<description>The 12x8 tattooed targets destabilize the imagery associated with firearms, instead making them visual studies on shape, color, and composition. Shown in this format, the targets have a sweetness to them, mirroring the naïveté of elementary education learning tools. The composition and shapes are a 1:1 copy of firearm targets found online, sublimated into silicone art objects. 

The screenprinted 18x24 targets feature three models of the universe: the geocentric, heliocentric, and flat earth. This series is a nod to future and present-day conspiracy climates, as flat earth communities often skew far-right, aligning themselves concurrently with lax gun control laws. 

In the heightened legislative climate surrounding gun control, these two series neutralize the political associations of shooting targets, and highlight the absurdity of their composite forms. The theme of 'reform' speaks expressly to the political climates referenced in the work. Accordingly, these mixed media pieces draw on disparate cultures and communities such as tattoo artistry, firearm enthusiasts, and conspiracy theorists. 

On a personal level, I have seen my parents descend into a fervor of QAnon, flat Earth, and Ivermectin following the 2020 presidential election. After coming to terms with the reality of their new belief systems, I started researching contemporary conspiracies from a social and graphic perspective. Zooming out on the social and psychological aspects of ‘fringe’ beliefs reveals several throughlines that I am currently exploring graphically in this ongoing series.

The photo book below contains images from Born x Raised’s legendary Sadie Hawkins event. This project was commissioned as a tribute to BxR founder and LA legend Chris “Spanto” Printup. I designed and fabricated the book in an edition of 7; the front and back covers are engraved gray mirrored acrylic. The 50 color photos are inkjet printed alongside a 40 page black &#38;amp; white riso section. The images (as well as the images of the book below) are by Vikram Valluri.
